Renewals Negotiator
Job description

This is a great office based role for an organized individual with good interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for candidates with a `can do` attitude and experience within customer service who thrive in a busy, fast paced, target driven environment. The Renewals Department is a central based hub located in the Pimlico, Westminster (just a short 5 minute walk from Victoria train station) where the team facilitate tenancy renewals across our complete property portfolio covering Hamptons Internationals extensive network of Lettings Offices.

The Renewals Negotiator is responsible for contacting both Landlord and Tenant three months prior to a tenancies end date and effectively negotiating a tenancy renewal inline with current market conditions providing tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements and following of Lettings` procedures. The Renewals Negotiators aim is to maximize the renewal conversion rate, and ensure cross referrals of potential business to other parts of the Countrywide brand, ensuring an excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers.

You will also ensure that internal procedures are followed and continuously support achievement of business growth goals.
