Hamptons International are looking for an additional member to join the team based in our flagship Beaconsfield office.

The requirement of this Prime and Country House Practitioner role is to support the residential sales teams in the Berks Bucks and Herts area as a specialist operating purely in the upper end of the market place, dealing with properties in the £2 million + range.

The role will involve:

Working alongside the Head of Prime & Country House, from the Country Head Office based in Beaconsfield, as experts in prime and country house properties.
Working closely in support of the Bucks, Berks & Herts Sales & Lettings teams to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas accordingly.

Driving high value sales and lettings through these nine offices.
Working within the Prime & Country House team across the South and South East of the Country; covering 49 local offices.
Generate quality leads and follow up, consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
Promote other Hamptons Services where appropriate.
Ensure that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis.
Comply with all relevant legislation.
Ensure all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly, consistent and personalised service.
Consistently demonstrate the ability to pre-empt and fully understand high net worth customer needs and requirements.

The Individual:

Previous experience in Estate Agency Sales.

Proven ability of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

As this role covers multiple branches (which include Amersham, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Great Missenden, Henley, Maidenhead, Marlow, Rickmansworth and Windsor) general knowledge of the entire area and a level of local market knowledge will be beneficial.

Capable of working remotely and adaptively.


Excellent team player.

Motivated and driven


Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Highly IT literate.


A full UK driving license.

Natural leader that other staff can learn from.
