This challenging role deals with both the internal and external customer and is an integral part of the lettings process.

For the successful candidate your responsibilities will include:

  • Control of our Clients Accounts ensuring funds are allocated in a timely manner and resolution to unallocated monies.
  • Communication with landlord and tenants, keeping them up to date with progress reports and managing expectations.
  • Chase and collection of rent arrears in accordance with SLA. Provision of quality information to the business and to the customer regarding client accounts and statements.
  • Timely and efficient handling of refunds, terminations, deposit releases/Compliance with current legislation (RICS, ARLA) Data and records maintenance.

This is a challenging customer focused position, but Hamptons will provide you will the tools to efficiently handle your portfolio of clients, enabling you to enhance the Hamptons brand and your own career. To be considered for this vacancy we are looking for applicants with excellent customer service skills and experience in an accounts environment would be an advantage.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to prioritise your workload in order of urgency. Good IT skills are required and you must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
