The business is now looking for a Sales and Lettings Assistant.

As a Sales and Lettings Assistant, your role will involve:

Administration of property details, correspondence, reports and accounts.
Front line customer service support.
Property viewings with customers.
Liaising with clients and customers both on the telephone and face-to-face.
Ad hoc assistance in sales and negotiation.

The Individual:

A professional approach.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
Extremely customer focused.
Strong administration skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
