As a Lister with Hamptons International, your role will involve:

  • Following process from Market Appraisal to Instruction.
  • Ensuring KPI statistics are accurately completed.
  • Ensuring T&Cs are collected on each Instruction.
  • Focus on increasing office stock levels.
  • Work with Manager to produce a marketing strategy and advertising plan for the branch within office budget and ensure all marketing deadlines are met.
  • Actively search for PR / editorial opportunities and schedule regular meetings with the marketing/PR department to encourage regular flow of information.
  • Support the Manager, help to maintain customer service standards in the team & act as an ambassador for the company on meeting prospective clients.
  • Promote all Hamptons products and services at every opportunity.
  • Potential for role to encompass Assistant Manager position.
  • Willing to accept other duties as and when requested including viewings, administrative tasks, working Saturdays etc.

Proven background in Listing high end properties Customer focused. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a targeted environment. Intermediate MS Office Skills.
