An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self motivated individual to join Interior Solutions as an Interior Solutions Consultant working closely with our lettings and sales branches the successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and managing projects to their completion. The role is a sales role and target driven.

The responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the branch network
  • Generating leads and constantly aiming for a high conversion rate.
  • To advice on property presentation in order to maximise its potential for letting
  • To oversee bespoke interiors projects for purchasing clients
  • Liaise between the client and our approved contractor or supplier
  • Maintain awareness of the changing market and trends.
  • To provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the Interior Solution Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them.
  • Ensuring that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis.

What we are looking for

  • Familiar with the London market and requirements of landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers.
  • Have a basic understanding of property maintenance and construction.
  • Have an interest in interior design
  • Whilst not essential, experience in residential letting property management is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage expectations.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Highly organised, analytical free thinker
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines whilst remaining calm and professional
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
