In depth understanding and control of the relative performance of Hampton`s marketing vehicles, which is key to improving the performance and growth of the brand.

As Head of Marketing & PR, Hamptons International you will;

  • Be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and management of all marketing and communication functions for the business.

  • Support Hamptons International`s vision, values and goals to drive forward profit and revenue as part of our strategic plan.

  • Deliver outstanding marketing and PR campaigns and solutions for Hamptons International across all company disciplines/departments.

  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with various stakeholders across the business, including Head of Sales, Head of Lettings, Head of RDI and Heads of Departments.

  • Develop an analytical approach to measuring and monitoring the impact of marketing activity.

  • Leverage findings to build effective marketing strategies to increase market share, generate market-leading instructions, brand-lead marketing and advertising.

Skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in marketing and communications (10 - 15 years`), including both offline and online capability.

  • Experience in managing external agency resources, including advertising, media buying, direct marketing and online.

  • Self-confidence to sell ideas and brief agencies and directors.

  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills with the ability to manage multi-level relations ships with partners, peers and key stakeholders; and the ability to delegate and motivate others.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and awareness skills.

  • Very good organisational, coordination and execution skills.

  • Creative ability, and the energy and enthusiasm to promote initiatives.

  • Ability to work to deadlines and cope with the consequential pressure.

  • Business acumen with the ability to recognize implications of business decisions and strategies.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data.

  • Ability to gather, monitor and document data.

  • Ability to manage own P&L with full budgeting responsibilities.

  • Track record of delivering exceptional marketing and PR results.

  • Innovative and forward looking, delivery today and plan for the future.
