New Homes Sales Coordinator
Job description

Reporting to the New Homes Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales on our clients` developments with the core responsibility being to identify and maximise all new homes sales opportunities working collaboratively with the branch network.


  • Proactively call out prospective purchasers
  • Attend and manage launch events
  • Act as a conduit between developers and sales teams
  • Report feedback to clients
  • Conduct buyer completion handovers
  • Accompany viewings
  • Occasionally cover site staff when required
  • Carry out on going market research
  • Monitor `Easy Move` sales
  • Report weekly figures

The candidate:

  • Self-motivated, proactive individual that can take responsibility of sales across multiple developments spanning the Bucks, Berks and Herts region.
  • The ability, confidence and knowledge to deal with difficult customers and clients.
  • The experience to self-manage, progress and predict the sales pipelines.
  • In addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and cross selling, great communications skills and the ability to think `outside of the box` to deliver results.
  • Competent in IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.
