Prime Country House & Land and New Homes Administrator
Job description

The business is looking for an exciting new role for an experienced senior administrator to support our Prime & Country House and Land and New Homes divisions, based from our flagship Beaconsfield office. Reporting to the Head of Prime & Country House (across the country offices) and the Residential Development Director, Land & New Homes (Bucks, Berks & Herts)

In this dual role your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • General administration duties & office management across both divisions, including Diary Management; Arranging Meetings, Market Appraisals/Developer Pitches, Regional Director Meetings, Regional and London Managers` Meetings, Bi-monthly Prime & Country House Meetings and Monthly Land &New Homes Management Meetings, Developer/Client review Meetings
  • Being the primary point of contact over the telephone for both departments dealing with buyers, clients, developers & other agents.
  • Overseeing Land & New Homes site staff cover, H&S/ Lone Worker Policies and Timesheet Processing.
  • B2B Relationship Management for both departments
  • Creation and running of Excel Spreadsheets. Producing pricing schedules for Land & New Homes.
  • Tracking & reporting sales invoices for Land & New Homes
  • KPI Management and Reporting
  • Liaison with Clients/Developers for Buying Agent/Manager team viewings
  • Managing and proofing PR copy, advertising and marketing collateral

Strong working knowledge of the property industry is preferred. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. Strong analytical skills. Customer focused with good time management. Results oriented with a `can do` attitude. Ability to work in a team and remain calm under pressure. Smart appearance and a professional approach at all times.

Must have proven ability to manage a demanding diary and meetings. Excellent IT skills inc. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Minute taking skills.
